AAJ Cooling, Inc. offers routine AC maintenance to our customers in Phoenix and The Valley. Enroll in our Premier Maintenance Club for $260 for the first unit to receive:*
- Two inspections a year (spring and fall)
- Test all system components (a 52 point inspection between two visits)
- Flush drain lines for the spring and fall inspections
- Clean the condenser coil in the spring
- Clean the evaporator coil in the fall (something most companies charge extra for)
- Priority service and 10% off all repairs and parts
- If you ever have a breakdown and have a PMC agreement, we will be there that day to get you cooling again
- Try to catch small problem before they become big ones to avoid summer breakdowns.
